BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER

Clean water is the choice for rehydration because it's cheap and has no calories or added ingredients. Drinking water can keep a whole lot of health issues away. Remember our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16) and it is our responsibility to keep what God has given to us.

Water is required for digestion, absorption, transportation, dissolving nutrients, elimination of waste products and thermo regulation.

Taking in too little water or losing too much water leads to dehydration. Symptoms of mild dehydration include thirst, pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation.

Ever felt headaches and unable to concentrate on what you are doing? It could be due to dehydration; when you are dehydrated your attention and concentration can decrease by 13%.

Recommended Daily Water Intake: At least 1.5liters -2.5liters of water.
